Freshcrew Records
Freshcrew Records is a house music record label run by Dave Louca as an outlet for the upfront style of party fuelled house music produced and performed by Love Assassins, Filthy Louca and Jon Costa, as well as signing hot new artists with a similar love of all things house music.
For years Dave worked as Head of A&R for Media Records UK, running labels including Big In Ibiza, Nukleuz, BXR UK and UMM (Underground Music Movement) signing and releasing artists and tracks from a wide range of genres including house, trance, hard house, dubstep and hardcore.
The label gets its name from Dave’s origins, where he began his DJ career as an early member of The Freshcrew performing as Jon Costa alongside DJ Essence, The Answer, DJ PIR-8 and DJ Freshman and continues to excite fans with his trademark party sounds.

Love Assassins
The commercial success of their debut club smash, ‘Teardrops’ featuring killer remixes from Fonzerelli and Agent X put Love Assassins (aka Dave Louca) firmly on the map. Big DJ support, global radio support and prominent features on #1 compilations established them as go to creators of peak time, party house music. This was followed up by another smash, ‘The Boy Is Mine’ and a string of hot singles and remixes. Now they return with a couple of new singles that are sure to light the same dance floor fires.
Filthy Louca
Showcasing an edgier, more underground vibe, Filthy Louca began by dropping a series of club focussed yet accessible and energising house music tracks including ‘Believe In Me’ which picked up big name DJ support and in particular, strong sales in Japan. Lush pads, rave style chords, techs synths and bittersweet, vulnerable vocal samples combined to give the feel good vibes that are the signature style of their killer cuts sure to rock main rooms, bars and beach sets alike!
Jon Costa
For over 20 years, Jon Costa has rocked parties, clubs and radio with no nonsense, fun, party tracks across an eclectic mix of dance genres including house, trance, hard house and hardcore. His big break came following a monthly residency for Big In Ibiza, a weekly show on Ministry of Sound Radio, playing at Turnmills and warming up for Basement Jaxx. He then went on to DJ mix numerous albums reaching a height with several #2 UK compilation albums and #1 UK & US iTunes dance albums.
